RaceKit's training camp is a great opportunity

to gain three hard, consecutive days' training,

using your kit in earnest and eating the type of foods you'll be using in the desert.

And when you're not running, we've got some inspirational and expert speakers to give you

all the advice you'll need to get through this

classic 7-day ultra.

MdS Training Weekend

Meals & light refreshments will be provided and we'll have a selection of different race foods and electrolytes for you to try, although we'd recommend you also bring the type of foods you're thinking of using. You'll also have the opportunity to try some kit, and purchase clothing & equipment.

We've arranged a number of seminars covering all the important topics: training, equipment, nutrition, ECG's & health, foot care, tent life, mental preparation and race strategy, as well as one-on-one sports-injury & rehab sessions.

All levels of experience & running ability will be catered for - so if you want some solid, no-fuss training and advice from experts who've been there and done it, this is the camp for you.
