OVER 300 trail runners completed the Racekit-sponsored Belper Rover 30k race at the weekend, clocking some impressive finish times despite the warm temperatures.

Leading the field home was Killamarsh veteran Darren King, finishing just over a minute ahead of David Palmer in 2:02:35.  Last year's winner Richard Pattinson was third in 2:06:51.

In an impressive 11th place overall, US runner Toni Minniti clocked 2:18:06 to finish 1st woman, just a second ahead of Australian Craig Henderson.
