Look no further - the legendary Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc has posted an invaluable web resource for adventurous runners.  

As part of its qualification system, in which runners   have to amass 5 points to bid for a place (for example, a Bob Graham Round will score 4pts for UK hopefuls), the UTMB has compiled a worldwide database of races.

Using a simple drop-down menu, just choose your country, hit 'Search' and view a list of events - complete with website link, distance, altitude gain etc.   Not every country has a listing, but there's more than enough to spark your interest...
