MdS SEMINAR DAY

SATURDAY 28TH JANUARY 2012.

We've been inundated by requests to hold yet another MdS Seminar day, so if you missed them last year, now's your chance to gain all the valuable advice you'll need to successfully complete your Marathon des Sables.

The day will start at 9am, and we'll take you through the minefield of kit and equipment choices out there, so you can make the best choices for you as an individual. We'll also be covering training, health, nutrition and footcare, as well as hints & tips about travel, tent life and surviving 7 days in the desert!

Refreshments & lunch will be included. We'll aim to finish around 4.30pm, but will be available for questions & answers after that.

On booking, you'll be sent a questionnaire to give us some background info on you so we can tailor the day accordingly. You'll also be sent full details of the day's itinerary and map, as well as transport and B&B info, if necessary.
