Probably the LEAST fussy, but MOST efficient brand of outdoor gear on the market, Buffalo make some of our favourite pieces of kit - and these mitts are the undisputed No1. Using their patented Pertex & Aquatherm Pile system, which wicks moisture away from the skin and disperses it through the Pertex, these mitts have a simple velcro closure tab and keep your hands warm even when wet. In fact, the best way of drying Buffalo clothing is to wear it - the moisture dispersal system is THAT efficient! True, they don't look fancy (in fact, if you gave a bunch of five-year-olds some crayons and told them to draw mitts, this is what they'd come up with), but believe us - they really work.
Buffalo size guide:
M = average woman's hand, L = average man's hand, XL = larger man's hand, XXL = overmitts. Two pairs worn together (hand size plus size above) have been used at -40C... by me!

The great thing about them is that they don't isolate your fingers like gloves do, that they keep your hands warm even when wet, and that they dry amazingly quickly. I wouldn't be without them, and have converted lots of running friends to them over the years.'
