Training, kit choice, food and hydration are all personal to each runner and whilst there are some common denominators in terms of kit & equipment, it's important to select it on the basis of you as an individual.  We'll take you through the kit that's out there, the pros and cons and help you to make the best choices to run your 2013 MdS successfully.
