A drinks bottle-holder that attaches securely to your rucksack shoulder straps, weighs just 180g/6.3oz and - most importantly - ensures that you have easy access to drinks on-the-move and stay well hydrated. 'Double up' with one on each shoulder so you can have a choice of both water and energy/electrolyte drink. Includes 750ml bottle and flexible drinking tube/mouthpiece valve, plus an elasticated loop to keep the bottle firmly in place while running.
