BASED on our previous experience of ultra-desert races, and drawing on the advice of expedition race medic Dr Emma Dawber, we've put together this foot-care kit with the aim of getting you to the finish line in the best shape possible!  

Pack contains:

1 x pack of 6 Sorboskin hydrocolloid blister plasters (3 sizes)

1 x 10ml bottle antiseptic Tea Tree Oil

1 x pair of plastic foot covers (for use around camp after cleaning your feet)

2 x rolls of Zinc Oxide tape (2 widths)

2 x rolls of Fixation tape (2 widths)

6 x antiseptic, alcohol-free cleansing wipes
