Black Diamond's new Distance FL's are probably their most versatile and lightweight - thanks to a 20cm length adjustment via a single FlickLock.
It means these aluminium poles are ideal for ultra-running and fast-packing, with the added bonus of having a length-range to make them suited to climbs and descents. Each pair come with a stow bag and interchangeable carbide and rubber tips, making them suited to all types of terrain. The z-pole 3-section folding design makes them easy to carry in a pack.
